Consistently Publish Content Without A Team
“Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It’s about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others’ success, and then standing back and letting them shine.” – Chris Hadfield
If your business is a one-manned man, you may think that it would be hard to be consistent in publishing content. But the truth is, you don’t need a team to be consistent.
As I have been reiterating, creating content plays a vital role in the success of your business, especially when you are still starting up.
But there might be times that your hands are so full that you can no longer find time in publishing content.
However, I will with you a few tips that can help you to be consistent with your posts.
First, it is important that you are organized as it will save you a lot of time.
Keep your files organized. So that when it’s time for editing, you won’t have a hard time looking for that content to post.
Create folders in your computer where you can save your files by batch depending on the topic that you want to publish.
You should also consider scheduling your content so that you can do other stuff for the whole week.
It will only take you an hour or two, depending on your posts and you are good to go.
So, I can’t wait for you to hop on and watch the full episode.
That’s what we are going to talk about in this video experience.
