Hard work is something that depends on yourself regardless of how many hours you spend for the day. Ir doesn’t necessarily mean that you should have sleepless nights because sometimes you will only get tired the next day.
When you’re tired, everything will be non-productive for you and you lost focus. It is important that you get rest so you wake up the next morning fresh and active for your next undertaking.
There are so many of us who take rest for granted. It’s like long sobriety for you because you have a goal to achieve. But I’m telling you, that’s not how it works.
When you have rested enough, your mind can get focused on your goal. Once it happens, everything will fall into place.
