Is confidence an inborn quality or can it be acquired?

Have you wondered why other people are easily employable, they attract work or clients easily? Or sometimes they Just get more respect from others compared to you?

When they asked something from someone, feel like they don’t need to make an effort.

Whereas when it’s you, you need to do everything, please everybody, but seems they are still not satisfied with everything you did.

This might be the only recipe you’ve been looking to have your breakthrough!

Confidence is something I struggled with when I started making videos.

Especially when someone will ask me, “so what do you do in your free time?” I confidently respond, I make videos and take photos.

But as soon as they ask proof of my work, my confidence shrunk and I feel really small because I have nothing to show them.

After that, I slowly practiced and master it one step at a time.

Let me share with you how I did it.

3 Ways to Improve Confidence:

Anchoring yourself to what you’re good at.

Things that we usually just ignore cause its second nature (cooking)
Believing in it
Own it!

Done it at least 100 times

Experienced (driving a car for many years)
No experience? Practice it over and over again

Reliable gears/ equipment

When you know that your battery always dies even if it’s full charge, will you be at your best doing the things you are good at? Will you be confident?
Mastery of your gears or equipment. If it’s new, test it before you bring it to the field.
